Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Promote a safe and respectful working environment

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
• Based in Riyadh

• Enrich the customer experience inside the toaster and bring happiness to their day.
• Hospitality and hospitality for customers and the roasted team.

• Check and review inventory.
• Ensure the quality of the drinks served, which include: espresso, black, milk heating.
  Calibration, preparation, and provision of drinks according to the standards of a hybrid toaster.
  
• Processing payments and closing the cashier.
• Maintain clean and arrange the beverage processing area and do the necessary to maintain the shape of the shop clean and clean.
