Hjeen Store reserves the full right to amend, change or update these terms and conditions at any time, and these modifications, changes or updates are binding on you automatically and in a timely manner.

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern all Hjeen store services that are provided by Hjeen Trading Company. Once you use and/or purchase any of the products of the Hajeen store, the customer is considered to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions immediately, and in the event that some services contain additional terms and conditions, they are binding immediately and accordingly. The preamble above is an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Definition of some terms that may appear in these terms and conditions unless the context of the terms and conditions requires otherwise:
Hjeen Store:It is a project wholly owned by Hjeen Trading Company. It is concerned with selling coffee and coffee products and their accessories. It also includes courses or consultations and any of the various commercial and community activities that fall under this name.
Hjeen Store Services: It is any service provided by Hjeen Store that bears its official mark, in any media such as the Internet, newspapers, magazines, mobile phones, exhibitions, and any other media.
Affiliation with Hjeen Store: It is the process of registering membership in any of the different services of Hajeen Store.
The third party: It is any media, commercial, advertising mediator, or any company, governmental , and private sector that is associated with a Hjeen store with contracts to supply or obtain services, or to conduct advertising or activities, or anything that would contribute to the services of Hjeen store previously defined in the same clause.

Relinquishment of Responsibilities

Hjeen Store shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any losses or damages suffered by companies or entities that arise as a result of Hjeen store. Even with the reporting of such damages and losses, Hjeen store does not have full control over what is published by affiliates of its various services and does not review all that is published in real time, whether automatically or manually. Hjeen Store is not responsible for the delay of orders as a result of the failure of shipping companies, customs clearance, or for any reason related to a third party. Hjeen store is not responsible for the loss of any of its affiliates, posts, information, or content in all its forms, and does not guarantee that all or part of it will be recovered, whatever the reason for that, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Hjeen store is not responsible for the delay, interruption or suspension of services for any reason. Hjeen store is not responsible for any products or services that result in a use that violates local laws and authorities in any country, and the user bears all responsibility and consequences for the type of application and use.

Affiliation to Hjeen's Store

Hjeen store provide the ability to register memberships to complete purchases or to enjoy various other services. The user of this service acknowledges his full responsibility for maintaining his passwords and his unique use of his own account without granting access or use of this account to any other person or entity. The affiliate of a Hjeen store acknowledges all his data, and its comprehensiveness in terms of name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card numbers used in purchases.
Hjeen store also have the right to conduct an investigation about the validity of your identity or data by the store or by other parties to ensure the rights of a Hjeen store to complete sales operations, especially credit card payments. Hjeen store is not responsible for the loss or theft of subscriptions for members of its various services. Your affiliation with Hjeen automatically entitles you to receive promotional messages through the phone or any of the social networking platforms and to receive newsletters from the Hjeen store or from one of its partners. News or offers we think may be of interest to you. If you see that these mailings and newsletters do not suit you, you can unsubscribe from them, and the unsubscribe link will be present in the mails that you receive from Hjeen store or one of its official partners. You can also contact customer service to cancel SMS receiving services.

Warranty of Products

Some of the products in the Hjeen store are subject to warranty, and warranty details in terms of replacement, maintenance conditions, and duration are shown in the purchase invoice. In all cases, the product warranty is subject to the refund policy in the Hjeen store.

Products Shipping

Hjeen store packs all the products sold through it, and sometimes contains plastic or paper materials inside, to ensure the safety of the product from shocks and concussions. Hjeen store provides the service of shipping products through third parties, which are reputable shipping companies and distinguished service. Or through our store in some special products, and these intermediary companies guarantee, according to their terms of agreement, that the product will be delivered without neglect or damage. It takes two to five working days to ship the products from the moment of confirming the purchase of the product with the customer and paying the value of the products or services, and this period does not include the times of confirmation of purchase during the night work periods or official holidays. The duration of product delivery is subject to the conditions of geographical distribution, especially remote, remote or international areas, which require additional times requested by the third party shipping service provider, and are not subject to the control of Hjeen store.

Commitments & Warranties

​The user of Hjeen store undertakes and guarantees that all his data and information that he provides to any of his various services are true, complete and not forged. He also undertakes to use correct and valid credit cards that are under his lawful possession. The user of Hjeen store also undertakes to compensate for any losses or damages arising from his failure to comply with these terms and conditions or his violation of any of the undertakings and guarantees contained in these terms and conditions, and to bear the costs and expenses of direct and indirect lawsuits, regardless of the quality of the services.

Cancelation & Exchange Policy

Coffee or food products from a Hjeen store are not subject to return or cancellation if they are ground or shipped. In the event that the shipment is not made, bank fees will be deducted and the amount will be refunded to the customer. As for coffee tools, you can return them if the box has not been opened for a period of 3 days to return and 7 days for replacement, with Hjeen right to deduct bank fees, shipping value, or any other administrative fees incurred by Hjeen store for the purposes of the purchasing process.

Private Policy

Hjeen appreciates and takes into account the privacy of users of its various media channels, and is also keen on the confidentiality of all data collected from them. Therefore, Hjeen store will not hand over any data of yours to any third party unless you agree to this except for those data that a third party requests for purposes marketing, research and studies, or those that are under applicable laws or regulations.
Hjeen store operate in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all usage agreements and store policies are subject to these laws.

Return and Exchange Policy for Website Orders

Return period is 2 days and exchange is 7 days from the date of purchase, starting from the date of receiving the shipment, with the original receipt required. Return and exchange include all items except: coffee if it has been opened either by the customer or for grinding, unless there was a grinding error by Hjeen Roastery. The returned item from tools, equipment, and coffee must be in the same condition as when purchased and sealed in the original packaging.The compensation in case a different order is sent to the customer will be a coupon, the value of which is determined according to Hjeen’s internal policy, but in the case of missing items in the customer’s order, the compensation will be either a coupon or a refund for the remaining amount according to the customer’s preference.The customer must attach photos in case of product damage, and the appropriate compensation will be determined according to Hjeen’s policy. The existence of roasting issues will be determined based on the roasting files at Hjeen Roastery.The shelf life of the coffee and the storage method followed inside Hjeen Roastery preserves quality for up to 3 months. The customer bears any shipping delays due to providing incorrect data.The customer has the right to cancel their order 3 hours after placing it by sending an email to info@hjeen.com, and the customer will be informed whether the cancellation is accepted or not within a reasonable time. Please note that the internal policy delivers orders within 4 hours inside Riyadh.In the case of applying a promotional offer to the cart (combo offer), the value of the offer is deducted upon return and updated upon exchange.

Return and exchange policy in branches

The return period is 2 days and the exchange period is 7 days from the date of purchase, with the original receipt required. The return and exchange include all items except: coffee if it has been opened either by the customer or for grinding, confectionery products, and baked goods. If the customer wishes to exchange or return, they must bring the original receipt and the product they wish to exchange, provided that the returned item from tools, equipment, and coffee is in the same condition as when purchased and sealed in the original packaging.The customer can exchange drinks of the same type only before leaving the branch. If the customer leaves the branch, they will not be compensated with another cup unless there is an issue with the quality of the product after verification by Hjeen. If the customer is given an expired product, they will be compensated with the same product. The presence of roasting issues will be determined based on the roasting files at Hjeen Roastery.The shelf life of coffee and the storage method followed inside Hjeen Roastery preserve quality for up to 3 months. In the event of damage to coffee products, they will be replaced, and the customer is required to return the damaged product in full. If there is a grinding issue, the customer must return the entire product along with the sticker added by the barista for the grind type.In the case of applying a promotional offer to the cart (combo offer), the value of the offer will be deducted upon return and updated upon exchange.
